shipping Is shipping really free?
Yes, both ways. We email a free prepaid Australia Post label. Drop at any post office, parcel locker or red mailbox. If you decline a revised offer, we ship it back free.
selling What if my quote changes after assessment?
If we find a difference, we send a revised offer for you to accept or decline. If you decline, we ship the device back to you free of charge, no obligation.
selling Do you accept broken or faulty devices?
Yes. Cracked screens, dead batteries and faulty hardware all welcome. Our 'Faulty' tier starts at 15% of retail value. We can't accept iCloud-locked, blacklisted, or financed devices.
shipping Can I drop off in person?
Yes. 5 Melbourne stores: our main shop at 160 Chapel St Windsor, plus FixUPP in Springvale, Brighton, Frankston and Somerville. In-store drop-off is drop-off only, so we can’t assess while you wait. We assess in 1–2 business days after receiving your device, then pay within 24 hours of acceptance.
